Cutting & Creasing

Printed materials need to be cut and creased after printing so that they can be folded easily. A die cutter is the most common cutting machine that is used to cut printed materials.

We Use:

  • 2 x Polar 115E System guillotine with jogger and transomat
  • 1 x Heidelberg Varimatrix B1 cutting and creasing with auto stripping
  • 1 x Heidelberg Cylinders up to 640 x 900 Cylinder
  • 2 x Hand Fed Platens. Maximum sheet size 1800x1500mm
  • Full on-site computerised Die Making facilities
  • Duplo Blade B2 Cutting table
